This project was built an automated car parking system at Asian Mansion Shanghai which provides total 100 parking spaces. The system included 3 PLCs for controlling the movement of mechanical parts, parking management and emergency operation handling. Frequency inverters (MicroMaster) and encoders are used for closed loop driving control all the motors. It provides highly accurate of positioning control of mechanical parts. All the operation can be controlled at a touch screen panel which is user-friendly and easy operated.
