In this project, 2 tunnels (Eagle’s Nest Tunnel and Sha Tin Heights Tunnel), 1 enclosed section (Tai Wai Enclosed Section), 4 portal buildings and 1 administration building are included. Each portal building has installed S7-400H PLC which are used to communication with S7-400H PLC in administration building. S7-300 and S7-200 PLCs are used to monitor and control the systems including tunnel ventilation system, tunnel lighting system, fire services, chiller plant and most of equipments in buildings.
